A Message to Our American Customers

Dear friends, given the current situation with trade and tariffs, I am sure many of you are wondering what would happen if you order from our shop in Canada. The situation is evolving and complex but let me give you the quick facts for the next few days and weeks.

IMPORTANT UPDATE AS OF SEPTEMBER 25TH 2025

As of August 29th, 2025 the so-called De Minimis rule allowing Americans to import  goods of up to $800 in value, duty free will be abolished.  This means that any goods you order from Windforce Sports are subject to tariffs as all our products are made outside Canada.  Therefore tariffs rate for the country of origin of the goods will apply to all shipments to the US.  We are now able to estimate tariffs and duty rates on shipment and can work with you to find the best solution for your order.  

Here is a table that gives you an idea of what the tariffs are by product and country of origin:
