SDM PUSH PIN ALUMINIUM MAST EXTENSION
The Nautix SDM push pin aluminium extensions are easy to use and to adjust thanks to the O-ring supplied with the extension. The push pin system is also known as the US or Cup system. This system is recommended for sailing clubs for its reliability.
LARGE SHEAVES
The SDM aluminium push pin extensions are equipped with a system of 2 large sheaves, in stainless steel 20mm, to facilitate the 6 strands towing. The sheave block is made of fibre reinforced polyamide. The stop ring and spring are made of stainless steel. The adjustment is done every 2cm. This is an exclusive Nautix system.
SPECIFIC ALUMINIUM FOR THE MARINE ENVIRONMENT
Nautix uses high quality anodised aluminium to manufacture its extensions. This is the 5086 alloy which is known for its rigidity and corrosion resistance. We are the only ones on the market to offer this type of alloy, ideal for a marine environment.
AN ALUMINIUM MAST EXTENSION MADE IN FRANCE
The Nautix SDM push pin aluminium extension is manufactured in France in our workshop. Equipped with a plastic injection moulding machine, Nautix designs and produces the aluminium extensions on its site in Brittany.
RECOMMENDATION ALUMINIUM EXTENSION SDM PUSH PIN
For ease of hauling, use the Dynewhite line which is extremely strong and slides particularly well due to its impregnated structure. The extension can be fitted to the Nautix Easy Winch system.
