Vincent Gauthier - Owner/Operator
Vincent has been windsurfing for over 45 years. In his early twenties he had the opportunity to work for a windsurf shop in San Diego California while at university. After completing his studies and moving to Asia, Vincent started his career as a high level leadership consultant. Throughout his career, Vincent has continued to find time and spots to windsurf.
In 2020, as the Covid pandemic brought Vincent’s consulting business to a stop, he decided to open Windforce Sports in an effort to help his Friends, Arnon Dagan and Taty Frans, expand the reach of Future Fly Boards. From a small and humble beginning, Windforce Sports is now a full scale online and retail business serving North America and beyond.
Vincent brings his wealth of business experience working on multiple continents with businesses big and small to the world of windsurfing. His relentless focus on customer service combined with his love for windsurfing and its community has allowed Windforce Sports to grow quickly. Vincent continues to split his time between his consulting and his growing windsurfing business.
