Shipping policy

This shipping policy was updated on January 17th, 2022.
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days and shipped on either Mondays or Fridays (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems, and global pandemics are outside of our control. We will keep you informed of such delays and provide the fastest possible way to resolve them.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We work with different shipping companies to calculate shipping rates. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions about how we ship.
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for most order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping for on orders above CAD $200 are free for Canada and the Continental United States except for shipping for sails, booms and masts of a certain length.
Shipping rates for Windsurf sails bigger than 6.0 windsurf booms 160 cm or longer have will be calculated on a case by case basis for shipping in Canada and the continental United States.
Shipping rates for Windsurfing Board orders will also be calculated on a case by case basis for the continental United States.
Large items (windsurf boards) will be delivered via truck freight or air cargo (air cargo shipments must be picked up from the air cargo office). Flat rate shipping on these items is to the freight terminal nearest to you in the Continental US. The delivery fee depends on how far you are from the freight terminal. Contact us for a shipping quote to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or if you live several hundred miles or more from the nearest large city.
Local delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders over $100 within a 10 km radius of our business address.
Deliveries are made from 9:00 to 17:00 on Monday or Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following countries: United States
If relevant you can also include countries you don’t ship to: At this time, we do not ship to countries outside Canada or the United States
If you’re using calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. In such cases we will advice you of duties prior to shipment.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. Please check when you order if the shipping company you chose delivers to P.O. Boxes.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@windforce.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
