Ultra-stable wave, freestyle and freeride wing featuring the new X-SPINE structure (ultra-rigid Dimension Polyant P85 laminate) in the central section of the Leading Edge. Available in Carbon Boom or rigid handles version.
Description
BORA X is the new evolution of the Bora platform: more stable, precise, and comfortable in all conditions.
The main innovation is the X-Spine structure, made with Dimension Polyant P85 laminate in the central area of the Leading Edge. This solution stiffens the wing only where it’s really needed, while keeping more flexibility in the upper part. The result is a profile that doesn’t deform when accelerating, pumping, or catching a gust, but naturally releases excess power, preventing arm fatigue and keeping the wing light in hand.
The light dihedral and optimized strut tension improve control during surfing, transitions, and aerial maneuvers, making the BORA X responsive but never twitchy.
In the BOOM version, the T700 carbon boom provides instant grip and even more direct control, eliminating any strut torsion.
BORA X is designed for those who want freedom of movement, stability in wind changes, and a clean, natural, “connected” feeling on the water.

FAQ – Bora X Wing
What is the Bora X wing?
The Reptile Bora X is a wingfoil wing designed to provide stability, control and balanced power delivery. It performs efficiently across a wide wind range, offering good pumping efficiency, stability in gusts and precise handling.
What is the main innovation of the Bora X?
The main innovation is the X-Spine structure, a reinforcement in the central section of the leading edge made with Dimension Polyant P85 laminate. This construction increases stiffness where loads are highest and keeps the aerodynamic profile stable during acceleration and gusts.
Is the Bora X available with boom or handles?
Yes. The Bora X is available in two configurations: rigid handles or a carbon boom. Handles provide simplicity and easy handling, while the boom offers continuous grip and more direct control of the wing’s angle of attack.
What sizes are available for the Bora X?
The Bora X wing is available in 3.0, 4.2, 5.0, 6.0 and 7.0 square meters, covering a wide wind range and different wingfoil riding styles.
What riding styles is the Bora X designed for?
The Bora X is designed for freeride, wave riding and freestyle, combining power, stability and maneuverability. Its balanced design allows it to perform well in different wind and water conditions.
Who is the Bora X wing for?
The Bora X is ideal for intermediate and advanced riders looking for performance and control. Thanks to its progressive power delivery it can also be used by riders progressing beyond the beginner stage.
